Some attachments begin as comfort… especially for those who grow up without one. Held Close is a 3D animated project inspired by how orphans form emotional attachments to objects — using them as a source of warmth, stability, and identity. But over time, these same attachments can become limiting, making it difficult to move forward or connect with the world beyond them. This project explores that transition — from holding on for comfort, to recognizing when it starts to hold you back. My re
