1. What is the current global and Nepal prevalence of infertility, and how is it evolving? Infertility today is a major global public health concern. Globally, recent data shows that around 1 in 6 people—about 17.5%—experience infertility during their lifetime. What is striking is that this is equally distributed across high-income and low- and middle-income countries, highlighting that infertility is truly universal.
