Captain Harris tried again.
“We have engine failure.”
“We are stranded and require assistance.”
The signal cracked and broke.
“…unable to read… repeat identification…”
Scarlett frowned slightly.
“They can’t even hear us properly,” she muttered.
The radio continued to cut in and out.
Captain Harris spoke again, slower this time.
Trying to be clear.
But the response never fully came through.
