My boss hired me for a job I never applied for. I got an email: You're hired! Start Monday. I never applied anywhere. I called the company. They said: You interviewed last week. You signed contracts. I have no memory of this. I checked my apartment. My closet has work uniforms I've never seen. My desk has notes in MY handwriting from three months ago. My calendar shows I work nights. Every single night. I have zero memory of any of it. Am I the asshole for wanting to quit?
