Pāhonoa te oro

A unique feature of the TS 310 is the Non-Target Cell Bag Depletion, a 5 liter bag connected to the tubing set that hangs above valve 10. This bag is connected to the column and will collect cells during some column processing steps. Note, the bag should not have a tubing inserted into Valve 10. Instead, the Non-Target Cell Bag Depletion has a one-way valve to allow liquid into the bag, but not out of the bag.
