Pāhonoa te oro

Add the eggs into a 400 degree pan, stirring them for about 4 seconds before scraping along the edges. Repeat this 5 times, then hit the pan firmly on the hot plate to settle the eggs. After 4 seconds, remove it from the heat. Next, angle the pan and fold the omelette over itself. Then place the angled edge onto the burner for 5 seconds before folding the opposite side to form a seam. Next, lift the pan up quickly and when it reaches the top point, flip the omelette. Once the base is sealed, pla
