“For minor injuries, report to your manager, First Aider, HR, and the Regional SHEQ Officer before close of business.
For more serious injuries requiring medical treatment, visit a registered facility and submit a completed WCL2 form and your ID.
Only registered facilities may treat occupational injuries.
Report all medical treatment incidents immediately to your supervisor, HR, and SHEQ Officer.
