What are the maps based on in Bite by Night? First map: Pizzeria This one is obvious, but this map is based on the FNAF 1 map, with the security doors. It may also take a bit of inspiration from FNAF 2, especially the playroom. Second map: Warehouse This map is possibly based on the backrooms of the Pizzaplex in FNAF: Security Breach.
