we need change, we need rest, we need a system that supports students, instead of holding them back. later start times could improve focus, strengthen, academic performance and support well being. This issue is about more than convenience, it is about giving students a fair chance to succeed if we value education then we must also value the conditions that make learning better, starting school later is a necessary and reasonable step forward.
