So, what have we understood? Our body has two important systems for control and coordination. The nervous system, which gives quick responses like reflex actions and movement. And the endocrine system, which controls slower and long-term changes like growth and emotions. Both systems work together continuously to keep our body balanced and active. Without them, even simple daily activities would not be possible. And that shows how amazing and well-organized our body really is.
