Hi, my name is Francisco. My background includes a bachelor’s in Graphic Design and a postgraduate in Marketing and Advertising. For the past five years, I’ve been working in customer service and technical support roles, and most recently as an e‑commerce specialist. I started my career at Concentrix, where I had the opportunity to support Apple customers as a Tier 2 advisor. That role helped me develop strong communication and soft skills since I talked with people from different countries eve
