Cases in CSS Pro will display differently than they did in Legacy CSS. The information will be divided this way:
Partner Name, and Case number.
Customer and vehicle information.
Job card, where we can see the jobs related to the case, breakdown location or pick-up location, drop off location, …
Cases in CSS Pro will display differently than they did in Legacy CSS. The information will be divided this way:
Partner Name, and Case number.
Customer and vehicle information.
Job card, where we can see the jobs related to the case, breakdown location or pick-up location, drop off location, service provider information. As an addition, CSS Pro will show the first case creation notes in this section too.
Last but not least, we are going to see the notes in the right-side of the screen.
