Today, I checked every department's official documents to see which one will handle the government support payments. I know I'll probably be the one handling the task, but since the first round of payments is for the lower 30% of the population, the target demographic falls under the welfare team. I really hope they handle at least the first distribution. I didn't use my time very wisely after work. I just scrolled through online communities, leaving meaningless comments and checking for replies
