In preparation for class, please read "A nasty case of pilotitis." Be ready to discuss:
* Why are companies struggling to scale up AI?
* How might companies overcome the barriers they are facing?
We'll do some in-class activities and I'll leave time for any questions about anything we've covered in the subject.
