f you drove fast toward a small lake, could your car actually skip across the water and reach the other side? It sounds impossible, but it works a bit like skipping a stone. A stone stays on the surface because of its speed and the shallow angle at which it hits the water. A car moving at only 50 miles per hour would dive nose first and sink almost instantly. But at around double that speed, and with enough engine power from a special fuel setup, it could skim across the surface, bounce a few ti
