I think schools should teach how to cope with stress. This is because it is difficult for individuals to find effective methods by themselves. There is a lot of information available, but it is hard to know which methods are reliable. If schools teach these skills, students can learn the correct and effective ways to manage stress. For these reasons, I think it should be part of education.
