Assistant Cleveland Law Director Matthew Aumann asked U.S. District Judge David Ruiz on Tuesday to order that Ru-El Sailor pay the city $274,000, the amount it paid for outside attorneys and for costs that city attorneys accumulated during the six years the lawsuit was pending.
