First, we remove the protective film from the pre-cut plexiglass sheets.
Next, we carefully position the plexiglass under an infrared heater, making sure it sits evenly and securely. Using aluminum plates, we precisely define and limit the area that should be heated. This allows us to focus the heat exactly where we need it, while the rest of the sheet remains stable and keeps its original shape.
Then we switch on the heater and let it gradually bring the material up to temperature.
