I want to learn how to play Tic-tac-toe. We call this noughts and crosses in England. I understand that in order to win I must complete a line of three characters, either noughts or crosses, and should try to block the other player from doing the same. Ok, so I understand the basics, but, I don’t know the best ways to win, , or any of the smart moves. But, , I bet you do! , I may seem a bit dumb at first, but I learn VERY quickly, and I NEVER forget. In time, I will kno
