I think public transportation is better.
As I mentioned before, it is less affected by traffic congestion.
Because of that, it is usually more reliable.
Also, trains are often faster in busy cities.
Another advantage is that you do not have to worry about driving or parking.
For these reasons, I think public transportation is a better option.
