Now, let’s go through how to easily fill out a confirmation record. Click ‘Add New Entry’ to begin encoding a new record. We’ll start with the Personal Information section. If the individual already has a baptismal record, simply use the search bar to find and select it. This will help auto-fill the basic details. If not, you can manually enter the full name, including the first name, middle name, and last name. You may also select a suffix if applicable. Next, enter the date of birth, and th
