Pāhonoa te oro

In 1947, a strange man was found dead on a beach in Australia. He had no ID, no obvious cause of death, and every label on his clothes had been removed. In his pocket was a tiny scrap of paper with the words “Tamám Shud,” meaning “it is finished.” The case got even stranger when police found a hidden code in a book linked to him, but no one could ever fully crack it. A suitcase connected to the man also disappeared from the investigation. To this day, nobody knows who he was, where he came from,
