In this video, I’ll show you how to manually analyze and tag messages in the platform.
To get started, first select the relevant topic, or search query. Then, navigate to the Messages section on the left-hand panel.
Next, open the Data Annotation Studio.
To do this, simply double-click on the message ID, which you can find in the top right corner of each message.
Once opened, you’ll see that the Data Annotation Studio is divided into three main sections.
