To sterile weld the starting material bag to the Application Bag at Valve 8, place the tubing for the starting material bag into the lower slot of the welder and the tubing to the top of the application bag into the top slot of the welder.
Close the bracket of the welder. Place hemostats on both sides of the welder bracket.
