They are simply clouds in the sky...
They come... They go... They change shape... But they are not the sky itself...
When we truly embody this... we stop grasping for the happy clouds... And we stop fighting the dark ones...
We watch... observe... and let the clouds pass..
No excitement.. No numbness... Just contentment... and peace...
And perhaps... this is what is meant by spiritual bliss...
