This prospective study was carried out at Al-Kadhimiyah Teaching Hospital in Baghdad from October 2025 to March 2026 under the supervision of the Department of Anesthesia at the College of Health and Medical Techniques - Al-Turath University as partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Anaesthetic It is a comparative study achieved to investigate the effect of smoking on vital signs on one hand, and incidence of cardiac arrhythmias on other hand
