“Why do you want to become an Ofsted Inspector?” in an interview:
I want to become an inspector for Ofsted because I am deeply committed to improving the quality of education and ensuring that every learner has access to high-standard teaching and support. Having worked for many years as a science lecturer in Further Education, I have seen firsthand how effective teaching, strong leadership, and well-designed curricula can transform students’ outcomes and life opportunities.
