The specifications of the screws used in an original Fender Jazzmaster from nineteen fifty-nine are being examined, with the goal of sourcing matching replacements where possible.
Pickguard screws
The pickguard is secured with nine screws.
The original screws were number four by half-inch. The nine screws on the left are from a nineteen fifty-nine Jazzmaster, while the one on the right is a recently purchased number four b
