Birch–Beach–Flowers–Grassy Hill–The Sun–Dark Nights–Monsters–Refuge–Caves–Sanity–Wheats–Chickens–Cows–Odd Trumpets–Rain–Bellowing caves–The Cave Dweller–Escape Mingled with birch wood trees, we fled from it—the trees are a refuge for the monsters who hide from the sun. The shadows provided shade that we salvaged. We hid from the sun, the moon, and the monsters. The dark night comes with creatures out of unknown terror. Boundless, bare sandy beach with a silver ocean. The occasional stubbles of
