Place the tubing coming from the chamber to the tubing set outside the CCU through the upper and lower slots of the tubing duct.
Also check to make sure that the blue and red luer connections are tight and that the tubing is not hitting the black camera mount at the top of the CCU.
Close and lock the lid by using both hands to gently guide the CCU lid down until it is resting in the position where it can lock into place. Ensure no tubing will be pinched by the lid as it closes.
