"We have finally reached the end of our first full iteration using the Fratar Method. On this slide, we’ve compiled all our balanced, averaged trip estimates into a single Origin-Destination matrix. If you look at the blue values in the center of the table, these represent the future trips we calculated pair by pair—like the 428 trips between A and B or the 430 trips between C and D. By summing these across the rows and down the columns, we get our total calculated trip generation for each zone.
