I lift my eyes to the hills—
my help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
This week, I am not walking alone.
God is my help.
He will not let my foot slip.
He who watches over me does not sleep.
Even when I’m tired,
even when I feel unsure,
God is still watching over me.
The Lord is my keeper.
He is my shade at my right hand.
This week, stress will not overwhelm me.
Fear will not overtake me.
Burnout will not consume me.
God preserves my going out
and my coming in.
