Women’s employment is shaped by the distribution of care responsibilities within households. They need to constantly have a balance in their life so each responsibility can have its own importance and for them to be assessed accordingly. When women seek to have this balance, they mostly complain about the labour market, the work environment and how the government deals with their problems. Wanting to understand and comprehend these problems that women have creates a necessity to also analyse the
