The weekly boss is Dottore from Nod-Krai, and the material you need is called Elixir of Heritage. You will need 18 pieces of this material. If you have extra boss materials, you can convert them using Dream Solvent, so make sure you keep some of those ready. However, there are two materials that are not available yet. First is the new world boss material. You will need 46 drops from this boss, but the boss will only appear in the next update. So make sure you start saving your Fragile Resin now.
