Pāhonoa te oro

They dropped a hamster in as snake food… but what happened next shocked everyone. Instead of attacking her, the snake treated her like a friend, cuddling up to the tiny rodent. He even curled up to nap, letting the hamster sleep on his back. Eventually, the snake started eating frozen food again, and since they got along so well, the hamster was allowed to stay permanently.
