So the question is not whether Rasputin was a saint…
or a fraud…
a healer… or something darker.
The question is…
How did the world allow him to rise at all?
…And if the same fear…
the same desperation…
the same need to believe…
were to return…
Would we even see it happening again?
…Or would we follow just the same?
