I have absolutely no self-control. Next, I tried working out. Did one push-up… and saw my entire life flash before my eyes. After that, I decided to journal. “Write your goals,” they said. So I wrote: Goal one… survive today. At this point, I just sat there thinking… They said this would change my life. And you know what? It did. Just… not in a good way. So I made a new plan. A better plan. I went back to bed. Because success is all about consistency… And I am very consistent… …at failing
