Well, as a freelancer and a director of music festivals, my schedule is often really fluid. In fact, whenever I don’t have a project, I almost feel like I’m on a permanent day off. And thanks to this situation, I really embrace the companionship of my own company. As part of my ritual, I often immerse myself in films, cuddle up with my cats, or get lost in video games. In a way, this quiet time is like an antidote to my stress—it’s a personal oasis of peace, where I can declutter my mind, reflec
