first of all. I want to say that you claim to be an aspiring lawyer but you use things like AI overviews from Google for your evidence and then don’t cite actual other factual information. I also want to point out that you only look at things from how your state does things. You also don’t take into account things that should be important in a good lawyer should look at for instance you only see your argument and yet you don’t look at any counter arguments and only look at your own claim .
