In a dark void, two demons speak. One trembles. The other, EYE, powerful beyond measure, looms. The lesser demon says, “Forgive the interruption. The human, Mr. Gray, he bound a Level Three.” EYE mocks, “Bound? A trick. Smoke and fear. Nothing more.” The lesser demon insists, “He carved sigils. Used dead tongues. He knew what he was doing.” Tension builds as EYE considers this mortal. EYE’s presence fills the void. “And now you cower because a man scribbled lines? Whispered prayers? You insult m
