Stone Walls In some places, builders use stone for walls. Stone is a natural material. It is very strong and lasts a long time. Old castles have stone walls. Building with stone is different from brick. Stones have different shapes. The worker must choose the right stone for the right place. They use mortar, just like with bricks.
