After that, I worked as an HR Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at The Hires Lab, then moved to a leadership role as a Unit Manager and Team Leader at Hires Gate, where I was responsible for managing a team and achieving hiring targets. Currently, I’m the founder of Medz Agency, where I manage a recruitment team of over 150 recruiters, work directly with clients, and successfully close hiring deals.
