Click Clear in the PivotTable Analyze tab to remove all fields and start fresh.
Set up: LastPrice in Values, Item in Rows, Type in Columns.
You now see total revenue by country and type. The default calculation is Sum — but right-click a value cell and choose "Summarize Values By" to switch to Count, Average, and more. Switch to Count to see quantity sold instead of revenue.
Right-click again and choose "Show Values As" → "% of Row Total" to see each type's share within each country.
