Pāhonoa te oro

Separate the Oreos and scrape the filling into a bowl. Then crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Add a splash of milk, and once it becomes a soft dough, you can roll it out into a thin layer. Next, loosen the cream with milk and spread it evenly over the dough. Roll it into a log and cover it with plastic wrap to keep it moist. After letting it chill in the fridge, you can cut it into small pieces to make Oreo sushi.
