Once all adjustments have been confirmed and finalized, begin by creating a new spreadsheet for the current week-ending period. Start by locating the sales variance file on the google drive and open the previous week’s Sales Variance. Copy the template and paste it to a new google sheet. After that, remove all old data from the file while keeping the formatting, formulas, and structure intact.
