CASE FILE: 07-13-A SUBJECT: MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION On March 17th, at approximately 11:42 PM, a single-vehicle collision occurred on Route ███. The vehicle departed the roadway at high speed before impacting a concrete barrier. Emergency responders arrived on scene within six minutes. Two passengers were pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver, 42-year-old James Robinson, survived. The deceased were identified as the wife and daughter of the driver. No substances were found in the driver’s
