Retrieve Info from CallRail
After enter the engagement detail page, a new Embedded Assistant app will be visible in the right sidebar. Upon opening it, you can view details of the current engagement, customer information, and CallRail data.
The CallRail section displays user details fetched from the CallRail WebHook events, including the customer’s name, first-time caller status, location, and the dialed tracking number. Relevant application, quote and policy information associated with the curr
