Character design isn’t as good as it used to be in 1.x and 2.x. For example, Changli from 1.x looks much better than many of the 3.x characters. Similarly, Carlotta from 2.x also stands out compared to most of the newer designs.
The game needs a more mature approach to character design, something deeper, gray personalities like Phrolova, or more classy and refined like Augusta. It feels like most of what we’ve seen in 3.x so far is aimed more at children than adults, which is unfortunate.
