I want to take a moment… to recognize some of the outstanding work… Team SWN has accomplished recently.
Aldi raised concerns… about product returns they were not aware of.
In response… the team moved swiftly—tracking drivers returning product without leadership knowledge.
A new process was put in place… communicated clearly to all drivers… and just like that, we saw an immediate reduction.
Now… we’re not at one hundred percent just yet.
But we are… in a much better positio
