Here, you get a bird's-eye view of your entire portfolio — overall KPIs, performance trends across all entities and time periods, and a quick look at your top and under-performing projects. The page also highlights cluster leaders and managers, and breaks down performance by cost categories, delivery models, platforms, marketing units, and regions. You can dive into individual project details through the Proj
